7Chambers Aniflex v2

This is by far the most in depth lightsaber build I have done. The base was a replica of Anakin's saber from Ep. III produced by 7Chambers in Norfolk, England. The chassis was a custom design that I produced over several weeks. It is designed to accommodate an 18650 cell, 28mm speaker, Proffieboard v2.2, mini OLED, accent NeoPixels, and pogo pins for a NeoPixel blade. The parts were 3D printed using my FDM printer and then filled, primed and painted. I also made a box for the saber with a custom foam insert that has been wrapped in velour to protect the chrome finish of the saber. I had a piece of aluminum stock laser engraved with a custom graphic as a nod to the original Master Replicas Signature Edition lightsabers which was then signed by Hayden himself. Overall, this project was immensely challenging from a technical perspective and was a great learning experience. The chassis was extremely tight and so it was very difficult to accommodate all of the neccessary electronics. Getting the finished product signed was just the icing on the cake.
